Samsung announces new budget phone Samsung Galaxy A02 for the Philippine market. The handset is now available in stores for Php 4,990.
The Galaxy A02 features a large 6.5-inch HD display, a 1.5GHz octa-core processor, 3GB RAM, and 32GB storage with an expansion slot that can take 1TB microSD cards. It has a 13MP + 2MP dual cameras at the back, and a 5MP selfie camera in front.
The budget handset also brings with it a large 5,000mAh battery with a 7.75W fast charging tech. It runs on One UI Core on top of Android.
