vivo Y52 5G now available in the Philippines; Packs Dimensity 700, 48MP cam

vivo has released another new affordable 5G smartphone in the Philippines. Meet the vivo Y52 5G, a midrange phone powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 700 5G chipset.

The Y52 5G is available exclusively and at no cash-out on Globe’s GPLAN 1299. GPLAN 1299 gives subscribers a 24-month contract with 8GB of mobile data per month, and unlimited text and call to all networks. It comes with freebies, such as free 3GB of GoWiFi, three months of standard VIP access to iQIYI and WeTV, and one month of premium membership on SkillShar via the GlobeOne app.

As for the handset itself, the vivo Y52 5G features a 6.58-inch FHD+ IPS display and the aforementioned Dimensity 700 chip with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage. As for the cameras, it has a 48MP main with two 2MPs for depth and macro, and an 8MP for selfies.

It also has a slim design with an 8.50mm width, a side fingerprint scanner for fast access, USB-C, and a large 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charging.
