vivo launches the V23 series in the Philippines. Composed of the V23 and V23e, the handsets are the first to have the ability to change color. Called Photochromic design technology, the phones’ color changes from Sunshine Gold to a stunning aquamarine hue when exposed to UV light.
The vivo V23 5G is priced at Php 27,999, while the V23e 5G is priced at Php 19,999. The pre-order period is from February 5 to 11.
From February 5 to 19, vivo is offering limited vouchers up to Php 1,000 off and freebies in Shopee. You can get the V23e with a Php 500 off voucher and free Lavanda TWS earbuds; and the V23 5G, also with a Php 500 off voucher and free 2in1 clock speaker. Freebies for both models will be available until supplies last.
Both V23e and V23 5G smartphones will be available for sale exclusive in Shopee and Lazada.
vivo V23
To recall, the vivo V23 5G features dual selfie cameras with a 50MP main with a vivo JNV chip and an ISOCELL 3 sensor, and an 8MP wide-angle setup, flanked by a pair of front-facing flashes. While at the back, a 64MP main camera takes the lead with another 8MP wide-angle and a 2MP macro.
The display uses an AMOLED panel with a 6.44-inch diagonal, a 2400 x 1080 resolution, and 90Hz refresh rate. It’s also powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 920 SoC with a 5G chip. The local model will come with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, and an additional 4GB virtual RAM.

The vivo V23e 5G features a 6.44-inch AMOLED display with a Dimensity G96 5G chip, 8GB RAM, and 128GB storage. It has a 64MP main, an 8MP ultra-wide, and a 2MP macro camera at the back, and a 50MP front-facing snapper. It also packs a 4300mAh battery with 44W fast charging.
