OPPO is set to bring the OPPO Reno7 5G and Reno7 Z 5G in the Philippines. The launch will be held online via live stream on March 18, 7 PM on all of OPPO’s channels, including YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok.
The OPPO Reno7 5G launched globally last February, giving us details about its features. The handset is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC with a 90Hz 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED display, 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, a 64MP triple camera setup, and a 4500mAh battery with 60W SuperVOOC fast charging.
However, details about the OPPO Reno 7 Z 5G are scarce. Leaks say it will run on a Snapdragon 480+ chipset with a 4500mAh battery and Android 11 under the hood. Its local countdown page confirms additional features such as a 64MP main camera, 8GB RAM + 5G virtual RAM, and 128GB storage.
Interestingly, it also mentions Dual Orbit Lights which look to be LED notifications lights that ring around the camera lenses. We also get a glimpse of the handset’s design with a flat frame and a back panel texture that looks like vivo’s AG Glass.
