realme sets the global launch of the narzo 50A Prime on March 22, together with the narzo 50 and the realme GT2 Pro.
Details on the realme GT2 Pro and narzo 50 are out since these two devices have already launched in other countries. But the narzo 50A Prime is a new device with limited information available.
However, some of the details of the upcoming smartphone were posted on realme Indonesia’s website, which also revealed its launch date, scheduled on March 22.
What’s confirmed so far is that the narzo 50A Prime will have a 6.6-inch FHD display, a triple camera system with a 50MP main, a 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charging, and a Unisoc T612 chip.
As for the design, the narzo 50a Prime will have flat sides with a thin 8.1mm frame. It appears to have a side fingerprint scanner as well. At the back, we can also spot the camera setup, which is similar to the ones laid out of the ones on the realme 9 Pro+. As for the rest of the specs, we can speculate that it will be similar to the narzo 50.
I think it’s interesting that a Unisoc T612 chip was used, which will most likely bring the cost of the narzo 50A Prime down. Price could be lower than the realme narzo 50, which in India retailed for INR 12,999 (around ~PHP 8,900) for the 4GB + 64GB model and INR 15,499 (~PHP 10,500) for the 6GB + 128GB model.
We’ll find out eventually when the narzo 50A Prime launches on March 22.
