ASUS launches the ROG Phone 6 and ROG Phone 6 Pro in the Philippines. The premier gaming phones are now available for pre-order, bundled with an Aero Active Cooler 6.
The Pro model differentiates itself with a programmable ROG Vision Second Display at the rear. Other than that, both phones in the ROG Phone 6 series have the same powerful set of specs.
The ROG Phone 6 series feature a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a laundry list of display tech, including a 165Hz refresh rate, an industry-leading 720Hz touch sampling rate, and HDR10+ support, among others.
You have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 5G chipset under the hood with a 3.2GHz clock speed. Its paired with up to 18GB RAM for the Pro model, and up to 16GB RAM for the vanilla variant. Storage, meanwhile, goes all the way up with 512GB options.
Its gaming features include the Air Triggers, a tri-microphone array for better communications, and the GameCool 6 Cooling System.
As for the cameras, the ROG Phone 6 has a 50MP main camera with a Sony IMX766 sensor alongside an ultra-wide and macro camera. It also has a 16MP selfie shooter.
And lastly, you get a huge 6000mAh battery with a 65W HyperCharge fast charging.
