Amazon is making it easier for Filipinos to shop on their online platform. The company is now offering free delivery to the Philippines for qualifying orders over USD 49.
Previously, Amazon shipping and delivery fees to the Philippines are costly. I remember ordering a pair of earphones last year from the online shopping platform and shipping and handling fees were around Php 700.
In 2022, shipping fees for small items (at the time of this article) will set you back almost Php 1,000.
How to get free shipping to the Philippines on Amazon
To get free shipping and delivery to the Philippines, there are certain conditions you have to meet.
- First, your delivery address has to be set to the Philippines. Just update your address to your local delivery address.
- Next, the item you’re purchasing should display “FREE Shipping to the Philippines.”
- Of course, make sure you meet the minimum amount of USD 49.
That’s about it. When you check out, you should see “Shipping fee applies to this item.”

The items are usually shipped straight to your address. Amazon has local partners that handle deliveries. In late 2021, my order arrived via Ninjavan.
