PLDT sends Notice of Breach to DITO for refusal to pay over P429.7 million in service fees

PLDT sent DITO Telecommunity a Notice of Material Breach and Demand for Payment for the latter’s refusal to pay PHP 429,726,315.79 for contracted services.

This is the latest issue that’s hounding DITO in recent months. Last August, Globe Telecom asked the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) to compel DITO to pay PHP 622 million in interconnect penalties.

PLDT said it has fully performed and delivered services relating to the building and provisioning of transmission facilities that DITO is currently using for its telecommunication services.
