OPPO has just announced a new midrange 5G smartphone in China. The OPPO A58 is now official, packed with a Dimensity 700 chip and a 50MP camera.
The OPPO A58 has a listed price tag of CNY 1,699 on the company’s official website, which converts to around PHP 13,700. The phone is available for pre-order in China. There’s no word on if or when it is coming to other countries.
So what does the OPPO A58 has to offer? The smartphone features a 6.56-inch HD+ IPS display with a 90Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 700 chip with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage.
At the back, there’s a dual camera setup with a 50MP primary camera alongside a 2MP depth shooter. It also has an 8MP camera on a water drop notch for selfies.

Other specs include a 5000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support, ColorOS 12.1 on top of Android 12, a side fingerprint scanner, and stereo speakers.
