ASUS sub-brand Republic of Gamers (ROG) launches the ROG Ally in the Philippines. The handheld gaming device runs on Windows 11 and can play the latest AAA games at smooth framerates.
The ROG Ally is powered by an AMD Ryzen Z1 Extreme APU, a processor that combines the Zen 4 CPU architecture and the RDNA 3 GPU architecture on a 4nm process. This gives the device incredible graphics performance that can rival modern living room consoles while weighing only 608 grams.
At the front, the device features a 7-inch Full HD IPS touchscreen with a 120Hz refresh rate and FreeSync Premium technology. It also has 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of NVMe storage, enough to store dozens of games.
The ROG Ally has a comfortable and ergonomic design, with an asymmetrical stick layout, flat face buttons, a dish-shaped D-pad, and two paddles on the back that can be remapped to any function. It also has a gyro sensor for motion controls in supported games.
It features a Zero Gravity thermal system and dual fan design to keep it cool and quiet in any orientation. It also has a special edition of Armoury Crate that lets you access all your games, settings, keymaps, and Aura Sync lighting from one app.
The ROG Ally runs on Windows 11 Home, which means you can access thousands of games from different platforms, including Steam, Epic Games Store, GOG, Origin, and Xbox Game Pass. You can also use it as a regular PC for productivity, entertainment, and social media.

The ROG Ally with Ryzen Z1 Extreme is priced at PHP 43,995, while Ryzen Z1-equipped model is priced at PHP 39,995. Both models have 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.
