TECNO Pova 5 Pro official with RGB lights, Dimensity 6080 chip, and 68W fast charging

TECNO launched its latest gaming phone, the Pova 5 Pro, which features a Dimensity 6080 chipset, a 120Hz display, a 50MP dual camera, and RGB lights on the back.

The TECNO Pova 5 Pro is the top model of the Pova 5 Series, which saw the launch of the latest Pova 5 in the Philippines. The Pro model has a more advanced processor, a faster charging speed, and a more colorful design.

The TECNO Pova 5 Pro has a large 6.78-inch IPS display with a resolution of 2460×1080 pixels and a refresh rate of 120Hz. The display supports Mobile Legend: Bang Bang at 120fps, Free Fire at 90fps, and PUBG with improved haptic feedback.

The phone is powered by a 6nm Dimensity 6080 chip that has two Cortex-A76 cores clocked at 2.2GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 2.0GHz. It also has a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU that can handle high-end games smoothly, 8GB of RAM which can be expanded with virtual RAM, and a generous 256GB of storage.

The phone also has a dual rear camera setup that consists of a 50MP main sensor and a depth sensor. The camera can shoot dual-view video with the selfie camera, which is useful for vlogging.

As with most TECNO phones, the Pova 5 Pro has a massive 5,000mAh battery that supports 68W fast charging. It can charge from zero to 50% in just 15 minutes, and from zero to 100% in just 45 minutes.

The most distinctive feature of the Pova 5 Pro is the LED strips on the back panel, similar to that of the Nothing Phones. The lights, which can show nine colors, can be used for notifications, warnings, and in-game actions. It also has stereo speakers that are Hi-Res and DTS certified.

The TECNO Pova 5 Pro is coming to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and South America. There is also a Free Fire Edition that features a custom look and themes based on the popular battle royale game.
