OPPO unveiled its latest foldable device, the Find N3 Flip, in China on August 28. The Find N3 Flip is a clamshell-style foldable smartphone that competes with the likes of Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 and Moto Razr+.
The Find N3 Flip features a 6.8-inch FHD+ AMOLED inner display with a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support, and a punch-hole cutout for the 32MP selfie camera. The inner display is protected by ultra-thin glass and can be folded in half to fit in a pocket.
When folded, the Find N3 Flip has a 3.26-inch AMOLED cover display that shows notifications, time, battery status, and other information. It also supports touch gestures and can be used as a viewfinder for the rear cameras.
Speaking of cameras, the OPPO Find N3 Flip boasts a triple rear camera setup that consists of a 50MP main camera with OIS, a 48MP ultra-wide-angle camera with autofocus and a 114-degree field of view, and a 32MP telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom. The rear cameras can record up to 4K video with EIS and offer features like night mode, portrait mode, panorama, and more.
It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9200 chipset, which is a 4nm octa-core processor with 5G connectivity and Wi-Fi 7 support. The device comes with 12GB of RAM and either 256GB or 512GB of UFS 4.0 internal storage. It runs on Android 13 with Color OS 13.2 on top, which offers a customized user interface and features for the foldable device.
The Find N3 Flip has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for biometric security, as well as face recognition via the selfie camera. It has stereo speakers, an NFC chip, a dedicated alert slider, and a USB Type-C port.
The device also packs a 4300mAh battery that supports 44W fast charging via the bundled charger.
The Find N3 Flip comes in three color options: Black, Gold, and Rose Gold. It is priced at CNY 6,799 (~PHP 52,800/$933) for the base model with 256GB storage and CNY 7,599 (~PHP 59,000/$1,040) for the higher-end model with 512GB storage.
