OPPO launched its latest offering, the OPPO A38, in the Philippines. The OPPO A38 is a budget-friendly smartphone that boasts a 50MP AI camera, a 90Hz sunlight display, and a 33W SuperVOOC fast charging technology. It is now available in the Philippines for only P7,999.
The OPPO A38 is powered by a MediaTek Helio G85 octa-core processor, coupled with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, which can be expanded via a microSD card. The device also features a RAM Expansion feature that allows users to allocate up to 4GB of extra RAM from the storage space.

The device sports a 6.56-inch HD+ IPS LCD panel with a water-drop notch design, a 90Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 720 nits. It also supports a 100% DCI-P3 color gamut and an all-day AI eye-care mode.
The OPPO A38 comes with a dual rear camera setup, consisting of a 50MP main shooter with an f/1.8 aperture, and a 2MP depth sensor with an f/2.4 aperture. The rear cameras support AI portrait retouching, portrait bokeh, and night mode. The front camera is a 5MP selfie lens with an f/2.2 aperture.
The device packs a 5,000mAh battery that supports 33W SuperVOOC fast charging technology. It also has an IP54 rating for water and dust resistance, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, Eye Comfort, Face Unlock, and ColorOS 13.1, based on Android 13.

The OPPO A38 is available in two colors, Glowing Black and Glowing Gold, priced at P7,999. It is available at OPPO stores nationwide, through Lazada, and on Shopee and TikTok Shop starting October 6.
