DJI launches the Avata 2 in the Philippines. Starting at PHP 47,900, the Avata 2 offers an FPV drone experience with improved imaging, safety, and battery life compared to its predecessor.
The DJI Avata 2 is equipped with the new DJI Goggles 3 and DJI RC Motion 3 that allow users to control it with real-time precision. The DJI Goggles 3 features micro-OLED high-definition displays and ultra-low-latency transmission, enhancing safety and immersion by allowing pilots to observe their surroundings without removing the goggles.
The drone has a 1/1.3-inch image sensor and a 155-degree ultra-wide FOV lens that can shoot 4K/60fps HDR videos. Meanwhile, Easy ACRO mode allows even novice pilots to use the device easily. It also has RockSteady and HorizonSteady stabilization technologies that ensure smooth footage.
The Avata 2 is designed with an updated integrated propeller guard, advanced positioning with new sensors, and an automatic Return to Home function. It can also automatically flip itself back into takeoff position when upside down with Turtle Mode.
As for battery life, the drone has a maximum flight time of 23 minutes. This model also supports PD fast charging, which can recharge the battery up to 80% in just 18 minutes.
Additionally, the Avata 2 features advanced Wi-Fi connectivity for quick and seamless media transfer from the drone to your mobile device.
