OPPO Reno12 and Reno12 Pro launches in Europe

OPPO has launched the Reno12 and Reno12 Pro in Europe. The phones, which offer power-efficient chipsets, AI functionalities, and 80W fast charging, are different from the ones that launched in China last May.

Both phones have a MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Energy processor, which is a power-efficient chipset optimized for the devices. They come with 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB or 512GB storage options. They also have 5000mAh batteries with 80W fast charging.

At the front, they are equipped with a 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with 2412×1080 resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 1200 nits. The Pro variant has Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection, while the vanilla one has Gorilla Glass 7i.

Both devices have triple camera setups at the back, but they differ in configuration. The Reno12 Pro has a 50MP main with OIS, a 50MP telephoto, and an 8MP ultra-wide lens. It also has a 50MP selfie shooter.

The Reno12, on the other hand, has a 50MP main camera with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide, and a 2MP macro lens. For selfies, it has a 32MP front shooter instead.

OPPO is also introducing BeaconLink, which enables voice calls via Bluetooth with a 200m distance without a cellular or any subscription service.

The OPPO Reno12 Pro with 12GB+512GB is priced at EUR 600 (PHP 37,900 or $645), while the Reno12 with 12GB+256GB retails for EUR 500 (PHP 31,600 or $540). Expect the phones to launch in the Philippines soon.
