Blacklist International says farewell to iconic Main Five

Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) powerhouse Blacklist International is waving goodbye to its legendary five-man roster.

The team, known as the “Main Five,” has been instrumental in securing numerous titles for Blacklist International, both domestically and internationally.

Johnmar “OhMyV33nus” Villaluna (roamer), Danerie James “Wise” Del Rosario (jungler), Kiel “Oheb” Soriano (gold laner), Salic “Hadji” Imam (midlaner), and Edward “Edward” Dapadap (exp laner) have collectively decided to part ways with the organization. Their departure marks a significant shift for Blacklist International, as the Main Five were synonymous with the team’s dominance for several years.

The Main Five’s reign began with back-to-back MPL championships in Seasons 7 and 8. They ascended to the global stage, conquering the prestigious M3 World Championship in 2021.

Moreover, the Main Five’s achievements extended beyond professional leagues. They represented the Philippines in the Southeast Asian Games held in Vietnam, clinching the gold medal after defeating a formidable Indonesian all-star team.

So what happens next? Some rumors suggest they are transferring to a new team. If true, we’ll find out in the next couple of months.
