Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) is introducing a brand-new hero, Kalea, on March 19, 2025. Kalea is the proud protector of the Vonestis Sea and a skilled support hero who specializes in close combat and Crowd Control. She’s perfect for helping teams win battles in the game.
Inspired by Southeast Asian folklore, Kalea’s look and story reflect the spirit of the sea and the region’s vibrant culture. Her aquamarine colors represent coastal waters, making her a great addition to the game.
Players can unlock Kalea for free between March 19 and April 1 by getting her Hero Pass. You can buy this pass using Diamonds or a mix of Diamonds and Battle Points. If you use only Diamonds, you’ll get them back after logging in for 21 days during the event. For mixed payments, only the Diamonds will be refunded.
In the game, Kalea combines human and serpent powers to land heavy punches, heal allies, and control the battlefield. Her connection to the elements of the sea adds a unique twist to her gameplay.

Kalea’s Abilities
| Ability Name | Descriptions |
| Passive – Surge of Live | After casting any skill, Kalea creates a Water Zone in her current position. If Kalea casts a skill within a Water Zone, she will absorb the Water Zone to enhance her next three Basic Attacks. She will also heal herself and her nearest ally with the lowest health. |
| Skill 1 – Wavebreaker | Kalea slams her fist into the ground, dealing Physical Damage and slowing down nearby enemies. |
| Skill 2 – Tidal Strike / Rolling Wave | This skill has two parts. Tidal Strike: Kalea dashes forward and grabs the first enemy she hits, going airborne and slamming them down to deal Physical Damage. If Kalea hits an obstacle or the edge of a Water Zone during the dash, she will trigger Rolling Wave and Kalea will leap into the air. Rolling Wave: The second skill can be cast again to dive at the target location, dealing Physical Damage and knocking enemies airborne. |
| Ultimate – Tsunami Slam | Kalea grabs an enemy hero with her tail and jumps into the air before slamming down in the chosen direction, dealing Physical Damage to the target and nearby enemies upon impact. |
