Starlink kits are now available on Data Lake’s official page on Lazada. Henry Sy Jr.-owned Data Lake is the first authorized Starlink reseller in the Philippines and Southeast Asia.
A Starlink kit for residences usually retails for Php 28,000 with a Php 2,700 monthly fee for unlimited internet access. It offers download speeds of 25 to 1,000Mbps and upload speeds of 2 to 10Mbps.
However, from July 9 to August 11, the kit can be yours at a discounted price of Php 25,999 on Lazada. The monthly service fee remains, of course, but includes a 1-year warranty and a Php 4,500 bonus for activated buyers.
They’re not exactly affordable, but they do provide internet connection for areas not served by PLDT Home and Globe at Home.
Also, if you don’t mind buying a used one, refurbished kits are available for half the price, around Php 14,000. These units are essentially Starlink hardware that has been returned for various reasons. They are inspected, cleaned, and restored in good working condition.
Kits are also available in Silicon Valley and Silicon Valley Gaming Arena (SVGA), both authorized resellers of Datalake.
