HMD Skyline with Gen2 repairability is available in the Philippines for under 25K

The HMD Skyline is now available in the Philippines. The phone boasts Gen2 repairability, which means it’s fast and easy to repair with just a few screws to remove the back panel.

The HMD Skyline has a 6.55-inch pOLED display with FHD+ resolution, an extra smooth 144Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 1000 nits, topped off with Gorilla Glass 3 protection.

HMD Skyline Gen2 repairability

The phone has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It also has a 4600mAh battery with 33W fast charging support.

At the back is a triple camera setup, headlined by a 108MP main camera with a 13MP ultra-wide camera and a 50MP telephoto lens. Meanwhile in front is a 50MP hole punch selfie shooter.

The HMD Skyline has Gen2 repairability. It means its easier to repair and disassemble than most other phones. For example, HMD Global said replacing the screen is a matter of just popping off the back cover and removing the screws.

The phone also features stereo speakers, a side fingerprint scanner, a customizable power button, and an IP54 dust and water resistant build.

The HMD Skyline is available on HMD Global’s Shopee and Lazada pages, priced at Php 24,990 for the 12GB+256GB model. It comes in Neon Pink and Twisted Black colors.
