TECNO announced a new 4G budget offering in the Camon 30S. The phone joins the Camon 30S Pro that launched in July 2024.
The Camon 30S has a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it is powered by a MediaTek Helio G100 with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It also has a 5000mAh battery with 33W fast charging.
The phone sports a dual camera setup at the back consisting of a 50MP main camera with OIS, paired with a 2MP depth sensor. While in front, it has a 13MP selfie camera with a front-facing LED flash module.
The device runs on the HiOS skin on top of Android 14. It has several AI features, including image generation from drawings, a Text Generator, a Text Optimizer, and a grammar checker.
The TECNO Camon 30S is priced at PKR 60,000 in Pakistan, which converts to around Php 12,370 or roughly USD 216. There’s no word yet of its availability in the Philippines.
