Discovery Global Consumer Products (WBDGCP) is selling 10 fully functional Tumbler Batmobiles from Christopher Nolan’s “Dark Knight” trilogy. This limited edition release is part of the Wayne Enterprises Experience, a luxury brand inspired by the Batman universe.
The Tumbler Batmobiles are not street-legal but are fully functional. These are built around a custom steel tube frame and house a powerful 6.2-liter LS3 V-8 engine delivering 525 horsepower and 486 lb-ft of torque.
Power is transmitted through a four-speed 4L85E automatic transmission with paddle shifters. The bodywork is finished in a striking dark black, composed of carbon fiber, Kevlar, fiberglass, and metal.
To add to the cinematic experience, the Tumblers are also equipped with features like imitation gun turrets, a smoke screen, and a non-flaming jet engine. The interiors can also be customized.
