The highly anticipated vivo V50 in the stunning Ancora Red colorway is set to launch in the Philippines on February 27, 2025. This new addition to vivo’s V-series lineup features an advanced camera system, a sleek design, and powerful performance.
The vivo V50 is equipped with three 50MP ZEISS cameras, including a 50MP main sensor and a 50MP ultra-wide lens.
These cameras offer three focal lengths: 23mm, 35mm, and 50mm, providing versatility for different shooting scenarios. The handset also features seven classic ZEISS-style bokeh options.
The V-series’ ring lighting system also makes a return in version 2, with the AI Studio Light Portrait 2.0, promising glare-free, soft, and natural lighting for portraits.

Performance-wise, the V50 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor and promises 60-month fluency. It runs on Funtouch OS 15, based on Android 15, and includes several AI features such as AI Transcript Assist, vivo Live Call Translation, Circle to Search, and Google Gemini.
The device also features a massive 6000mAh battery with 90W fast charging support. It boasts an IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance rating, along with an upgraded Shield Glass from Schott, which is 50% more drop-resistant compared to its predecessor.
