Apple announces new 11th gen iPad with A16 chip: Price in the Philippines revealed

Following the unveiling of the new iPad Air with the M3 chip, Apple has announced the base model iPad, now equipped with an A16 chip.

The iPad 2025, now in its 11th generation, features the A16 chip, first introduced by Apple in September 2022. While RAM details weren’t specified, reports suggest it’s 8GB. Additionally, the base storage now starts at 128GB, with options reaching up to 512GB.

The tablet has similar specifications from its predecessor. It boasts an 11-inch Liquid Retina IPS display with a 2360×1640 resolution and a 60Hz refresh rate. Both front and back cameras are 12MP, and it features a Touch ID sensor integrated into the power button.

Running on iPadOS 18, the new iPad skips Apple Intelligence.
