‘Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Infinity Castle’ is coming to Philippine cinemas this August

The highly-anticipated movie “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Infinity Castle” is hitting Philippine cinemas on August 20, 2025. This film is the first part of a trilogy that will adapt the final arc of the beloved “Demon Slayer” manga series.

In “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Infinity Castle,” Tanjiro and the Demon Slayer Corps enter Muzan Kibutsuji’s mysterious stronghold, the Infinity Castle. Fans of the hit anime can expect intense battles and high-stakes drama.

The global theatrical release date of the movie is set for August and September 2025, varying per region. It will be available in Japanese with English subtitles and an English dub.

The story will cover key parts of the Infinity Castle arc from the manga, including the start of the final battle against Muzan and the upper-rank demons.

Haruo Sotozaki directs the film, with Akira Matsushima as the Chief Animation Director and Character Designer. Meanwhile, renowned animation studio Ufotable handles production, promising high quality animation.
