Demon Slayer: To the Swordsmith Village is coming to the Philippines

Demon Slayer: To the Swordsmith Village arc is coming to the Philippines soon at SM Cinemas. However, the exact date when it will show in the country is still not listed.

The anime film saw its theatrical release in Japan just this month, debuting at number 1 and earning ¥1,158,765,410 (or about ₱480.30 million or $8.75 million) in its first three days.

The Swordsmith Village is the third arc of the series, covering the manga from Chapter 100 and ending with Chapter 127. It follows our protagonist Tanjiro traveling to the hidden Swordsmith Village, whose main purpose was to make Nichirin Sword for demon slayers, looking to have his sword replaced.

Apart from Demon Slayer, The First Slam Dunk movie is another anime movie currently showing in SM Cinemas. You can find the cinema schedule here.

The movie is based on the popular sports manga Slam Dunk, whose anime became immensely popular in the Philippines in the 90s.

Demon Slayer: Mugen Train arc was also shown in the Philippines, also in SM Cinemas, in 2020.
