Limited Warranty Statement
According to Xiaomi’s Limited Warranty Statement, Xiaomi shall provide free of charge repair service within the warranty period (at the discretion of the company) for handsets with defects under normal use circumstances.
For the hardware product, the warranty period is 1 year for parts and labor for walk-in customers. For the Xiaomi original battery, adapter, and other accessories packaged with the product, the warranty is 6 months for parts and labor for walk-in customers.
The Limited Warranty starts from the day the customer receives the product. It is only valid in the Philippines for devices purchased from authorized Xiaomi resellers. You will be asked to provide the original invoice or receipt. Liquid damage due to water ingress is not covered by the warranty.
