The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge promises an ultra-slim design, AI features, and flagship performance.

Samsung has officially announced the launch of the Galaxy S25 Edge, set for May 13, 2025. The ultra-slim smartphone was first teased at the Galaxy Unpacked event in January, where the Galaxy S25 Series was introduced.

In a press release, Samsung described the device as more than just a slim smartphone:

“Every curve, contour, and component reflects a breakthrough in precise engineering to create a premium experience worthy of the S series name,” the company posted. “The Galaxy S25 Edge not only sets a new standard for what you can achieve with your smartphone, but it also unlocks a new era of growth for the mobile industry.”

While Samsung has yet to reveal the full specs, some details have emerged. The Galaxy S25 Edge is expected to be extremely thin, measuring just 5.85mm and weighing only 163g, making it one of the slimmest and lightest Galaxy devices ever. It will feature two rear cameras, including a 200MP primary sensor, promising high-resolution photography.

The smartphone is also expected to pack a powerful processor and an enhanced Galaxy AI. Samsung has hinted that the S25 Edge will serve as both a powerful AI companion and an engineering marvel, offering superior portability without compromising performance.
