HUAWEI has announced the new WATCH 5 for the Philippine market, starting at ₱22,999. The smartwatch features HUAWEI’s X-Tap 3-in-1 sensor, which combines ECG, PPG, and a 10-level Tactile Sensor into a single unit, allowing advanced health monitoring like fingertip blood oxygen monitoring and Health Glance for 11 key metrics. It also supports more than 100 sports modes and personalized fitness insights.

Designed for everyday use, the WATCH 5 includes eSIM calling, a dual-battery system with up to 11 days of life, compatibility with third-party apps like Strava, and Watch Pay for GCash QR payments.
X-Tap also enables advanced gesture control for calls, music, alarms, timers, and remote photo snapping. Additional features include NFC access, built-in stress-relief mini-games, and a customizable watch face.
The smartwatch is available in two sizes: a 46mm variant with an aerospace-grade titanium case and a 42mm option with a 904L stainless steel case.
Both models feature spherical sapphire glass and AMOLED displays reaching up to 3,000 nits of peak brightness.

Price and Availability in the Philippines
The HUAWEI WATCH 5 46mm model is priced at ₱22,999 in Black and ₱24,999 in Purple, while the 42mm Beige variant retails for ₱24,999.

The smartwatch is available on Shopee, HUAWEI Online Store, Lazada, TikTok, and at any HUAWEI Experience Store nationwide. The device is bundled with freebies that include a free HUAWEI FreeBuds 5 (worth ₱7,499) and a free 3-month HUAWEI Health+ subscription (worth ₱387).
Additionally, they can get ₱3,000 worth of trade-in tokens at the nearest HUAWEI Experience Store. They can also join the HUAWEI Early Deposit Promo by paying ₱500 and get ₱3,000 off when purchased at the HUAWEI Online Store.
Lastly, from June 20 to July 31, vouchers worth ₱2,000 will be handed out on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.
