GCash expands gaming payment options for Filipino players

GCash now supports payments across major gaming platforms and retailers

GCash is making it easier for gamers in the Philippines to buy games, gear, and in-game items, even without a credit card. The app now supports payments across major gaming platforms and retailers.

Gamers can use GCash to buy titles on Nintendo, PlayStation, and Steam. They can also top up in-game currencies like diamonds and primogems for popular games such as Mobile Legends. The GCash VISA Card allows global purchases with low foreign exchange rates and no service fees.

For hardware, players can shop at stores like DataBlitz, Game One PH, and Abenson using QR codes. GCash also offers installment plans through GGives, which lets users pay in smaller amounts with no down payment.

GCash has partnered with platforms like Codashop, Razer Gold, and Jollymax to expand its reach. It also supports prepaid pins and direct online checkout, making it easier to buy from platforms that don’t have a Philippine marketplace.
