Nothing reveals design of upcoming Ear (3) wireless earbuds

It features a transparent case, a slim design, and a new “TALK” button.

Nothing has shared the first look at its next wireless earbuds, the Ear (3), ahead of their official launch on September 18. The company released images showing a familiar transparent design, which has become a signature style for its audio products.

The charging case features a clear lid and an aluminum body made from 100% recycled materials.

A new “TALK” button sits on the outside of the case. We still don’t know what it does, but some speculate it could offer walkie-talkie-like features. Inside the case, the pairing button sits in the bottom right corner.

The earbuds themselves are slimmer than previous models. Nothing says this was achieved by reducing the space between internal parts and redesigning the antenna. The new antenna is flat and only 0.35mm thick, making it the current smallest in the industry.

More details about features and pricing are expected at the full reveal. For now, the Ear (3) appears to be a refined take on Nothing’s transparent tech aesthetic.
