Casio is bringing its first automatic watch under the Edifice line to the Philippines. The new EFK-100D is now listed on the Casio PH website with a price tag of ₱18,480. It is marked as coming soon, suggesting local availability is near.
The EFK-100D is part of the EFK-100 series, Casio’s first step into mechanical timepieces. It features a 24-jewel automatic movement with a 40-hour power reserve.
The watch has a compact 39mm stainless steel case and a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. It also offers 100-meter water resistance.
The dial uses electroforming to get that forged carbon-textured look. A see-through case back reveals the movement inside. The watch includes a date window at 6 o’clock and a metal band with a one-touch clasp.
These also use a bidirectional winding system and a transparent caseback that showcases the mechanical movement.
