Xiaomi rolls out HyperOS update to select devices

Updates rolling out to Xiaomi 17, CIVI 5 Pro, POCO M6, and more.

It seems Xiaomi has begun rolling out HyperOS updates to select devices, though it doesn’t appear to be HyperOS 3.

Among the first to receive the update is the Xiaomi 17 in China, which now runs build OS3.0.17.0.WPCCNXM. The Xiaomi CIVI 5 Pro also received a new version, OS2.0.205.0.VOICNXM.

In Turkey, the POCO Pad M1 and Redmi Pad 2 Pro are getting OS2.0.204.0.VPWTRXM. Meanwhile, the POCO M6 and Redmi 13 are seeing updates in Turkey, Indonesia, and Russia with build OS2.0.202.0 variants.

These updates appear to be part of routine maintenance, likely to prepare for HyperOS 3, Xiaomi’s next major software version. A closed beta program for Indian users is also expected to begin soon.
