The latest AnTuTu benchmark results are in, and the Red Magic 11 Pro tops the list of best-performing Android flagship phones for December 2025. With an average score of 4,002,199, the gaming-focused device leads a pack dominated by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen5.
Following closely are the iQOO 15 and Poco F8 Ultra, both posting scores above 3.75 million. These phones also run on the same Gen5 chipset, paired with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage, which is clearly the preferred configuration for peak performance.
The OnePlus 15 lands in fourth place, while vivo’s X300 Pro and OPPO’s Find X9 Pro take fifth and sixth. These three round out the top half of the list, with MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 powering the vivo and OPPO flagships. It’s a solid showing for Dimensity as it competes with Qualcomm’s latest silicon.
Further down the list, the iQOO Neo11, OPPO Find X9, iQOO 13, and Poco F8 Pro complete the top ten. These models use the previous-gen Snapdragon 8 Elite, but still manage scores above 3.1 million.

The rankings reflect average scores from AnTuTu Benchmark V10, collected globally (excluding mainland China) between December 1 and 31, 2025. Devices with fewer than 1,000 valid results were excluded.
