When the Ford Everest Wildtrak 2025 review unit arrived at our doorstep, I was immediately impressed. Having driven an older SUV, it was definitely an upgrade.
The Everest felt tough while still looking elegant. But can it deliver? Let’s find out.
Design

The Wildtrak stands out with its signature grille, Bolder Grey accents, and 20-inch alloy wheels. As a mom looking for a practical SUV that can handle both family errands and travels, I love how the Ford Everest Wildtrak combines style and convenience.
The Matrix LED headlights significantly improve visibility, making night driving safer and more comfortable.

Additionally, the zone lighting makes night errands so much easier, while the 360-degree camera offers reliable assistance when parking in tight spaces.
Interior and Tech

Inside, the cabin felt both durable and premium. It balances premium finishes with Wildtrak’s signature Cyber Orange stitching.
The highlight is the 12-inch portrait touchscreen running SYNC 4A. The big screen made it simple to keep track of Waze directions and music playlists without distraction.

Beyond navigation, the screen integrates seamlessly with the SUV’s systems. Additionally, the 360-degree camera makes maneuvering easier, especially when parking in tight spaces.
Our kids definitely enjoyed the panoramic moonroof, especially when we drove through Mount Makiling’s lush greenery.

Personally, I appreciate the wireless charging feature, which kept our devices powered up without the hassle of cables. I also loved the cup holders that can hold up to 1 liter PET bottles.
As a family car, the 7-seater layout proved handy, especially when we drove to Subic during the holidays. The third row is a little tight for taller passengers, but folding it down gave us more space for luggage, convenient for out-of-town trips.
Performance
Powered by a 2.0L Bi-Turbo Diesel engine with 210 PS and 500 Nm of torque, the Wildtrak feels steady and refined on highways.
Ford’s suspension tuning reduces the “truck-like” bounce common in ladder-frame SUVs. Off-road, multiple drive modes, and an electronic locking rear differential give confidence on trails.

On highways, the Everest Wildtrak delivered steady power and smooth acceleration, making our Subic and Laguna long drives effortless.
In mountainous terrains, its robust suspension and responsive handling provided confidence and stability even on winding, uphill roads.
Safety

Just like any other Ford vehicle, the Everest Wildtrak is built with safety at its core. Its Advanced Driver Assist System (ADAS) includes adaptive cruise control, lane centering, and automated park assist.
It has seven airbags, front and rear parking sensors, and advanced braking systems, which make long drives and city parking less stressful.
Closing Remarks

Priced at PHP 2,640,000, the Ford Everest Wildtrak 2025 is a premium choice. Overall, it blends comfort, safety, and practicality in a way that truly supports the demands of busy family life. It’s one of the most compelling SUVs in the market today.
