OPPO has reportedly confirmed that it will increase the prices of some smartphones in China starting March 16, 2026. The move will also affect select OnePlus models, since both brands are under the same parent company.
According to GizmoChina, a notice popped up on OPPO’s Chinese online store. The price hike will cover OPPO’s A series and K series, along with certain OnePlus devices.
Meanwhile, the Find series, Reno series, and OPPO’s Pad tablets will keep their current prices. OPPO explained that the increase is due to rising costs of parts like memory and storage.
For now, the changes are limited to the Chinese market. OPPO and OnePlus have not confirmed if other regions, including the Philippines, will follow.
The smartphone industry has been facing higher costs for some time. Other brands, such as vivo, Xiaomi, and Samsung, have also raised or hinted at raising prices.
Those looking at mid-range phones might need to prepare for higher costs (or buy one now) if these adjustments spread to other regions.

It’s worth noting that OPPO is upfront about the hike, giving customers a heads-up instead of quietly changing prices.
