Pokémon Sleep watch faces now on Garmin smartwatches

Garmin has released new Pokémon Sleep watch faces for select smartwatches, just in time for World Sleep Day 2026. This update is a fun way to track sleep while adding a bit of nostalgia for fans of the franchise.

The watch faces are free to download from the Connect IQ Store. There are two designs: Snorlax & Friends, which shows Pikachu, Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle, and Snorlax, and I Choose You, where you can pick from 48 Pokémon.

These faces are interactive. They change depending on your Body Battery levels, a Garmin feature that measures energy throughout the day. At night, a sleep mode kicks in 90 minutes before your set bedtime, reminding you to wind down.

Garmin also added support for the Pokémon Sleep mobile app. Compatible devices can sync sleep data directly, letting you record Pokémon sleep styles, grow Snorlax, and unlock new patterns while keeping health stats in one place.

Pokémon Sleep is a mobile game and sleep tracker that turns rest into gameplay, encouraging users to build better sleep habits while discovering different Pokémon sleep styles.
