Garmin Index Sleep Monitor Band now available in the Philippines

Garmin’s new sleep band tracks recovery and syncs with Garmin Connect.

Garmin has launched the Index Sleep Monitor in the Philippines. It’s a smart sleep band worn on the upper arm that tracks sleep and recovery. The device monitors sleep stages, heart rate variability (HRV), breathing patterns, skin temperature, and more.

Each morning, users get a sleep score based on how well they rested. The band also tracks light, deep, and REM sleep. It checks blood oxygen levels, breathing changes, and stress. Skin temperature data can help detect changes in health or sleep environment.

Women can use the device to track their menstrual cycle and get insights about their ovulation history. The smart wake alarm uses gentle vibration to wake users during lighter sleep stages.

The Index Sleep Monitor works with the Garmin Connect app. It can also sync with Garmin smartwatches to give a fuller view of health and recovery. The band lasts up to seven nights on a single charge and is machine washable after removing the module.

It comes in two sizes (S-M and L-XL) and is priced at ₱10,290. The device is available online through Garmin’s official stores on Shopee, Lazada, and Kinetic, and in Garmin Stores nationwide.
