nubia Neo 5 5G launches in the Philippines for ₱11,999

nubia has officially launched the Neo 5 5G in the Philippines, priced at ₱11,999. The device is positioned as the entry model in the Neo 5 Gaming series, offering a balance of performance and affordability for mobile gamers.

The Neo 5 5G features a 6.8‑inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Inside, it runs on the UNISOC T9300 processor with Mali‑G57 graphics, paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.

For photography, the phone carries a 50MP main camera and a 2MP secondary sensor, along with a 16MP front camera for selfies and video calls.

Powering the device is a 6,050mAh battery that supports 45W fast charging, ensuring extended gaming sessions without frequent recharging.

The phone runs on MyOS on top of Android 16. In terms of software updates, the handset will have 2 years of Android OS updates and up to 5 years of security patches. nubia executives said there’s a potential for even more OS updates, likely pending sales performance.
