nubia has officially launched the Neo 5 Gaming series in the Philippines. The lineup includes the Neo 5 5G, Neo 5 Pro 5G, and Neo 5 GT 5G.
The Neo 5 5G is the entry model, priced at ₱11,999. It comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, paired with a large OLED display and a 6,050mAh battery with 45W fast charging.
The Neo 5 Pro 5G steps up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage for ₱14,999. It features a faster 80W charging system, IP64 protection, and gaming-focused additions like mini-LED lighting and 550Hz Neo Triggers for responsive controls.
At the top of the range, the Neo 5 GT 5G is available in two variants: ₱17,999 for 8GB+256GB and ₱19,999 for 12GB+256GB. It adds a built-in cooling fan, a 144Hz OLED display, and the same gaming triggers, making it the most performance-oriented option in the series.
All three models share a 50MP main camera, a 16MP front camera, and large batteries that offer extended play.
The phones run on MyOS on top of Android 16. In terms of software updates, the handsets will have 2 years of Android OS updates and up to 5 years of security patches. nubia executives said there’s a potential for even more OS updates, likely pending sales performance.
