Instagram just rolled out a feature that lets you rearrange your profile grid, giving users more control over how posts show up. Starting June 8, you can now move posts around instead of sticking to the usual chronological order.
The new Reorder Grid option is simple to use. On the Instagram app, go to your profile page. On the grid, tap and hold on any post. A pop-up menu will appear. Choose Reorder grid. From there, you can drag and rearrange any post to where you want it.
Pinned posts will stay at the top, while the rest can be shuffled to fit your preferred look. For now, it’s only available on iOS and Android.

This update comes after years of requests from users who wanted more freedom to arrange their grids. Even older posts can be moved, so you don’t have to delete or repost just to change your layout.
What do you think? Will you be rearranging your Instagram grid, or do you prefer keeping posts in order?
