TECNO is rolling out HiOS 16 to select smartphones in the Philippines during Q3 2026. The update will be released in phases from July to September, covering these CAMON and POVA models.
The devices scheduled to receive HiOS 16 include the CAMON 30, CAMON 30 5G, CAMON 30 Pro 5G, CAMON 30 Premier 5G, CAMON 30S, POVA 7, POVA 7 Ultra 5G, and POVA Curve 5G.
TECNO noted that not all users will get the update notice immediately, as the rollout will be gradual.
HiOS 16 introduces a refreshed interface and new smart features designed to improve usability and performance. TECNO said the experience might vary depending on the phone model, with some features tailored to specific devices.
For users, this means checking regularly for update notifications, as availability will differ across regions and units. The phased rollout ensures stability while expanding access to TECNO’s latest software.

To check if your device has the update, go to Settings> System Update. With HiOS 16 arriving in the Philippines this quarter, TECNO users can expect a more refined system experience across CAMON and POVA devices.
