Samsung has launched the Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra, Fold8, and Flip8, marking its most complete foldable lineup yet. The new Galaxy Z series builds on seven generations of foldable innovation, combining refined design and Galaxy AI to enhance how people work, create, and connect.
Both the Fold8 Ultra and Fold8 are powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, while the Flip8 has an Exynos 2600 chip. They all run One UI 9, based Android 17.
The Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra features an 8.0-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, a 6.5-inch cover display, a 200MP main camera, and a 5000mAh battery.
Meanwhile, the Galaxy Z Fold8 offers a fresh form factor with a 7.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, a 5.5-inch cover display, a 50MP main camera, and a 4800mAh battery.
And lastly, we have the sleek Galaxy Z Flip8 with a 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, a 4.1-inch cover display, a 50MP main camera, and a 4300mAh battery.
Pre-order and Availability
The Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra, Fold8, and Flip8 are available for pre-order in the Philippines starting July 22 until August 13. All models come in Graphite and Cream, with Violet Shadow exclusive to the Fold8 Ultra, Lavender to the Fold8, and Pink to the Flip8. Online-exclusive colors include Green Shadow for the Fold8 Ultra, Pistachio for the Fold8, and Mint for the Flip8.
