OnePlus has released the OnePlus 13s 16GB RAM variant in India, giving buyers a bigger memory option with 512GB storage for INR 68,999.
This new model joins the earlier 12GB versions that launched last year, priced at INR 54,999 for 256GB and INR 59,999 for 512GB. To make this even more affordable, buyers can also get up to INR 2,000 in bank discounts.
The phone runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chip and features a 6.32‑inch LTPO ProXDR AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1600 nits peak brightness. It packs a dual rear camera setup with a 50MP main sensor and a 50MP telephoto lens, plus a 32MP selfie camera.
Battery capacity is 5,850mAh with 80W fast charging and bypass charging support. Connectivity includes Wi‑Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6. The phone also has an IP65 rating for dust and water resistance.
