The realme 16 Pro 5G Harry Potter Edition is now official in the Philippines. The limited-edition smartphone brings Harry Potter-inspired design, software features, and collectibles, with fewer than 200 units available nationwide.
The phone comes in a Magic Brown finish with an Enchanted Texture Leather back panel. It features a diamond pattern inspired by the wizard chessboard and a Hogwarts Four-House Crest on the rear.
What makes the design stand out is its color-changing effect. Using realme’s Quadra Light-Sensing Color-changing Tech, the crest shows the colors of Gryffindor, Slytherin, Ravenclaw, and Hufflepuff when exposed to sunlight or UV light.
realme also added several Harry Potter touches around the device. The camera module takes inspiration from Hedwig, while gold accents run across the frame. The phrase “Welcome to Hogwarts” is engraved on the side.
The Harry Potter theme continues in the software. Owners get exclusive Hogwarts Castle wallpapers, custom boot and fingerprint animations, redesigned app icons, and Hogwarts house-inspired photo watermarks.
Under the hood, the phone features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with an FHD+ resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, and up to 6500 nits of peak brightness. It runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Max 5G processor with a 7000mAh battery and 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging.
For photography, the device has a 200MP main camera with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP front camera. It also includes AI tools such as AI Edit Genie 2.0 and AI Portrait Glow to help improve photos and videos.
The device comes in a Hogwarts-inspired trunk that includes a Hogwarts acceptance letter, character postcards, house bookmarks, Hogwarts Crest pins, and a Hogwarts Express-inspired ticket.
