Up front, the phone features a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It uses a tandem OLED panel, which helps improve brightness and efficiency. The display can reach up to 12,000 nits of peak brightness.

Inside, the Signature 27 runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 processor with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. It ships with Android 17 and comes with a promise of seven major Android updates.

For cameras, Motorola is going all in. The phone has a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilization, a 200MP periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, and a 50MP ultra-wide camera with autofocus. Selfies are handled by a 50MP front camera that can also shoot 4K video.

Another new feature is Motorola’s Event Vision Sensor (EVS). The sensor helps the camera track fast-moving subjects and capture better action shots.

The phone also comes with IP68 and IP69 ratings, MIL-STD-810H certification, and a premium ceramic and glass design.

The Motorola Signature 27 is already making waves for its camera performance. It currently ranks second on DXOMARK’s smartphone camera list, sitting between the HUAWEI Pura 80 Ultra in first and the iPhone 18 Pro in third.
