Owners of Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge in the Philippines can start mashing that update button. According to Sammobile, the local Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow update is now available.

It finally happened! Samsung is releasing Android 6.0 Marshmallow for Galaxy S6 and the Galaxy S6 edge globally.

Samsung Philippines recently announced the official SRP of the Samsung Galaxy S6 and the Galaxy S6 Edge. To no one’s surprise, the two smartphones are priced within flagship standards (and rightfully so, in my opinion). Both phones will be available starting April 18, 2015.
