The eDL holders will have to present their eDL through the LTMS portal when apprehended and settle their violations within 72 hours.
The LTO set a maximum fee of P300 for the medical examination required for student permit and driver’s license applications.
The LTO will soon launch a digital driver’s license that will serve as an alternative to the physical card.
LTO will no longer require additional medical examinations for drivers with five and ten-year driver’s licenses.
The implementation of the single ticketing system is set for May 2, and the pilot testing will be conducted in seven LGUs.
