The name Christopher Lao is trending on Twitter for the wrong reason.
Christopher Lao was driving his car in Metro Manila during the onslaught of typhoon Kabayan. He tried to go through a flooded street thinking that the water wasn’t too high. His car floated and unfortunately for him, the GMA News crew covered the incident. Somebody posted the news bit on YouTube and now it’s viral.

People are talking about him on Facebook and Twitter, sharing all kinds of opinion. Somebody even created a fan page on Facebook, the name of which i think is a little too harsh. The page now has more than 37,000 likes.
