25 Most Followed Filipino Celebrities on Twitter (as of September 8, 2011)

The Philippines is widely acknowledged as the social networking capital of the world.  Apart from Facebook, Twitter is the other social networking site used by many Filipinos.  If you are wondering which Filipino celebrities are the most followed on Twitter, I’ve come up with a list of those in the top 25.

Anne Curtis Smith is still the queen of Twitterverse with 1.6 million followers to date. The biggest gainer I believe is Vice Ganda, who now has 836,000 followers and could probably overtake Kris Aquino soon.
