Twitter Gets Updated

The latest update to the Twitter app brings with it improvements in photo sharing, tweet replies and pull to refresh. For photo uploads, you can crop and rotate your photos before sharing. Other improvements include:

  • Easily mention other users when you Tweet a photo
  • Improvements to the photo cropping and image rotation
  • Better log in verification
  • Pull to refresh and see recommendations for new content

The new features are now available on Twitter for Android, and will be coming soon to Twitter for iPhone.

Twitter Photo Edit

I wonder if people actually use Twitter to post photos. I mean, I haven’t met anyone doing it. I use Instagram. I like that it lets me share photos on Facebook (and on Twitter via links) instantaneously. Twitter I use for random thoughts and updates, news feeds and announcements, and the occasional traffic update (courtesy of @MMDA).
